This 4-star restaurant features creative cuisine from atop Daytona's tallest building offer 360-degree views of the city while dining. Directly across the street from Sherwin is Cherry Hill Ice Cream Café and Beachcomber Park. 3 beach-side parks are less than a quarter mile from Sandpoint featuring beach-side amenities, playgrounds, and splash pads. The Shore Resort and Spa is only building a couple buildings over and features many upscale and casual restaurants as well as a full Spa that allows day guests.

Each room in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with televisions, linens and décor. The unit also includes a private laundry room for added convenience. Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on a comfortable, reclining leather sectional. The living room includes a large, Smart TV.

Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Host and entertain friends and family for dinner as the dining room has seating for 4 guests plus 3 bar stools. After dinner, indulge in a cocktail along with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean on your private, Oceanview balcony. Decompress on your included outdoor furniture while you listen to seagulls flying by, waves crashing into the shore, and feel the soft ocean breeze.

The primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and a private sliding glass door to the wraparound balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom has an over-sized shower-tub combo and double vanity. The primary suite also includes a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker. The guest bedroom contains a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This shower does include a hand-held shower head and about a 6-inch ledge for those with limited mobility.

Because we have multiple units no calendars are kept online. Email or call us and we can give you the availability and other specifics to tailor a unit to your party’s needs.

Reservations require a payment of 50% of the total due. This total includes the rent, state taxes, county taxes, cleaning fee, and a damage deposit. On reservations made less than 30 days in advance full payment is expected at the time of reservation.

Condo 301 is on the 3rd floor of a secure 19-story beach-side building. Not only does the complex have a private walkway to the beach, but it has a heated pool as well, so that you can enjoy a dip if the ocean is chillier than you’d like. When you’re not splashing in the water or lazing poolside on a chaise, you can relax by shooting pool in the complex’s game room. And after a day spent surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or working out in the fitness center, you’ll really appreciate the indoor sauna and spa.

Sherwin Condos’ beautiful grounds include a barbecue area with your choice of gas or charcoal grills and a picnic area for alfresco dining. But you can also enjoy your meals on your unit’s private balcony (the rhythmic waves make for the perfect background music) or inside at the dining table for 4. For a quick bite, there’s a breakfast bar that seats 2.

The breakfast bar is also a handy spot for someone to sit and peel vegetables or just keep you company while you cook. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances, cookware, and tableware, plus plenty of extras, such as an ice maker and a blender (hello, margaritas!). There’s a wealth of counter space too, so go ahead and search the web (via the free WiFi) for a gourmet recipe you’d never have the time to try at home.

The living room of Sherwin Condos 301 was furnished to make the most of the amazing ocean view—and the view of the large HDTV with cable. You’ll love sinking into the plush sofas and roomy armchairs. One of those sofas, by the way, can convert into a queen-size bed, so that up to 6 people can spend the night.

Like the living room, the en-suite master bedroom has glass sliding doors that open onto the balcony. Before calling it a night, head outside to wish upon a star among the caresses of the salt-kissed sea breeze… so magical! Along with its ocean view, the master bedroom’s king-size bed, elegant decor, and sheer spaciousness practically guarantee a great night’s sleep. You’ll appreciate the HDTV, the plentiful storage, and the private bathroom too.

The 2nd bedroom would qualify as a master in many other condos. Because it features a queen-size bed along with its own flat-screen TV and balcony access, it will accommodate another couple as easily as it does kids. There’s a 2nd full bathroom as well.

No need to bring your own linens; we’ll have freshly laundered towels, perfectly made-up beds, and extra bedding ready and waiting for you. In fact, you can pack extra light, as Sherwin Condos 301 has its own washer and dryer.

You will want to bring your bathing suits and your most comfortable footwear, though, because there’s plenty of water sports and other activities just outside your door. At Daytona Beach you can swim, surf, parasail, paddleboard, canoe, fish… and that’s not even taking into consideration the rides, games, go-karts, and more at the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier. Just a 10-minute drive away is the Daytona Lagoon, a water park that also has mini golf, a rock wall, and more. Sherwin Condos is also near the Daytona International Speedway, the Ocean Walk Shoppes mall, golf courses, and other attractions.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS:
Any reservations obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of all rental monies and the party will not be permitted to check in or continue their stay at the resort. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under age 21, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent or approval of the management company.

HURRICANE/STORM POLICY:
No refund exceptions:
- A 'Mandatory Evacuation' order has been given for Daytona Beach by Volusia County government officials.
- If Volusia County government officials declare a 'Mandatory Evacuation' order, we will refund from the start date of the mandatory order: any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay, any rents collected for a reservation that is to arrive during the 'Mandatory Evacuation.'
- Please note: most 3rd party vacation rental platforms exclude Florida hurricanes from cancellation refunds as they are considered a seasonal weather event and predictable in Florida. The Atlantic hurricane season begins June 1st and ends November 30th. Trip insurance is highly recommended during this time.

ISSUES OR DAMAGE:
Please notify us immediately of any damage or problems that arise. Do not leave a note; we often have guests checking in right after you and need time to schedule repairs. This includes but is not limited to appliances, toilets, heating and cooling, internet, and all other mechanical failures. Helpline upon check in or after happening - 386-299-2550.

IMPORTANT POINTS:
We mutually agree to the following.
- The unit is not child proofed. You might think about putting up anything that your child may get into.
- The unit must not be occupied by more people than you have specified.
- The unit will be clean when you arrive, and you must follow our checkout procedures to avoid extra cleaning fees.
- We do NOT provide local phone service.
- This is a family friendly property. Smoking, illegal drugs, underage drinking, fireworks, firearms or any excessively loud music or noise is not permitted inside or outside the unit.
- We are not responsible for amenities on property and cannot guarantee they will be functioning. (i.e., the pools, hot tub, game room, etc.)
- Clean bedding, bath towels, and pool towels are provided. We also leave out a STARTER set of two rolls of toilet paper, one paper towel roll, a sponge, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dish soap. If you are staying longer and need additional items, most are available for purchase downstairs at the Bistro or convenience stores within walking distance.
- Unit bath towels and linens may NOT be removed from the unit.
- We provide STARTER paper products and basic soaps; this may not be enough for your entire stay. If you have a longer stay and need additional items, most are available for purchase downstairs in the Bistro or convenience stores within walking distance.
- Any items left following your stay will result in an additional shipping and handling fee to return forgotten items.
- Unless there is an emergency, we will notify you in advance prior to entering the property during your rental period.
- This stay is NOT a lease, and you are not a tenant. Your stay is a short term, transient occupancy and falls under the accommodation's regulations.
- By making a reservation with Daytona Ocean Rentals you are opting into email and SMS text 386-299-2550 communications.

Billable damage could include, but is not limited to:
- Damage or missing items/ no trash removal/ soiled dishes/ smoking/ unapproved pets/ forgotten items, etc.
- Charges Incurred: Charges incurred to management company due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during stay.
- Eviction: The renter is evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement or the security company employed by the association.

The owners and property managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The owners and property managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that you and all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premises.
