Sherwin Condos’ beautiful grounds include a barbecue area with your choice of gas or charcoal grills and a picnic area for alfresco dining. Along with its ocean view, the master bedroom’s king-size bed, elegant decor, and sheer spaciousness practically guarantee a great night’s sleep. You’ll appreciate the HDTV, the plentiful storage, and the private bathroom too.

The 2nd bedroom would qualify as a master in many other condos. Because it features a queen-size bed along with its own flat-screen TV and balcony access, it will accommodate another couple as easily as it does kids. There’s a 2nd full bathroom as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee.

CLEANING & SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $125 departure cleaning fee will be charged at time of reservation.
The security deposit required upon booking would be $300.
