Condo 1603 is on the 16th floor of a secure 19-story beach-side building. Not only does the complex have a private walkway to the beach, but it has a heated pool as well, so that you can enjoy a dip if the ocean is chillier than you’d like. When you’re not splashing in the water or lazing poolside on a chaise, you can relax by shooting pool in the complex’s game room. And after a day spent surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or working out in the fitness center, you’ll really appreciate the indoor sauna and spa.

Sherwin Condos’ beautiful grounds include a barbecue area with your choice of gas or charcoal grills and a picnic area for alfresco dining. CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee.

CLEANING & SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $150 departure cleaning fee will be charged at time of reservation.
The security deposit required upon booking would be $300.
