This spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath unit feels more like a home than a condo. The master bedroom has an oversized soaker tub with vanity area and a large walk-in closet. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead you out to your big balcony where you can drink your morning coffee and watch a beautiful sunrise come up over the Atlantic Ocean. Phenomenal views are offered of the Ocean and Intercoastal. There is a big kitchen that offers lots of cabinet space and a breakfast bar great for entertaining. The unit is fully furnished with kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and includes towels, linens, dishes, glasses, pots & pan, etc. all you'll have to do is pick up groceries, everything else is here.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee.

CLEANING & SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $125 departure cleaning fee will be charged at time of reservation.
The security deposit required upon booking would be $300.
