Description
To reserve a condominium, just give Cindy a call. We accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover in addition to other forms of payment. Because we have multiple units no calendars are kept online. Email or call us and we can give you the availability and other specifics to tailor a unit to your party’s needs.

Reservations require a payment of 50% of the total due. This total includes the rent, state taxes, county taxes, cleaning fee, and a damage deposit. On reservations made less than 30 days in advance full payment is expected at the time of reservation.


Enjoy modern elegance in this ocean-side 2-bedroom 2-bath unit with a newly (2022) remodeled kitchen, custom cabinetry, bathrooms, and upscale furnishings! Every room has access to balconies offering sweeping panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. Perfect for greeting the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee and saying good night to the sunset with a glass of wine.

Our family condo sleeps 6 comfortably. A queen-sized master suite features a private balcony, private bathroom and tub/shower, huge walk-in closet, and mirrored vanity dressing area. A queen-sized guest bedroom has its own private balcony and walk-in closet. A cube-shaped Murphy bed is an elegant family room feature in the day yet expands to a third queen-sized bed at night. A family room sectional couch also expands in size and would be a great night's sleep for an adult or kids.

Locally, explore the Jackie Robinson Ballpark, Museum of Arts and Sciences, Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse, Daytona Bike Week and Biketoberfest, the Daytona Beach Bandshell, Southeast Museum of Photography, Sugar Mill Botanical Gardens, Daytona Aquarium (new!), the Daytona Playhouse, Daytona Beach Golf Club, and LPGA International. There are thousands of dining and entertainment options for any age in the Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and Ormond Beach areas.

The fine print: Rental period: 2-week minimum; 6-month maximum (May through October, inclusive). Off-season rates are available. Florida's 12.5% occupancy tax is an additional fee. A $500 security deposit (refundable) and a $130 cleaning fee (non-refundable) are required. No pets.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS:
Any reservations obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of all rental monies and the party will not be permitted to check in or continue their stay at the resort. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under age 21, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent or approval of the management company.


HURRICANE/STORM POLICY:
No refund exceptions:
- A 'Mandatory Evacuation' order has been given for Daytona Beach by Volusia County government officials.
- If Volusia County government officials declare a 'Mandatory Evacuation' order, we will refund from the start date of the mandatory order: any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay, any rents collected for a reservation that is to arrive during the 'Mandatory Evacuation.'
- Please note: most 3rd party vacation rental platforms exclude Florida hurricanes from cancellation refunds as they are considered a seasonal weather event and predictable in Florida. The Atlantic hurricane season begins June 1st and ends November 30th. Trip insurance is highly recommended during this time.

ISSUES OR DAMAGE:
Please notify us immediately of any damage or problems that arise. Do not leave a note; we often have guests checking in right after you and need time to schedule repairs. This includes but is not limited to appliances, toilets, heating and cooling, internet, and all other mechanical failures. Helpline upon check in or after happening - 386-299-2550.

IMPORTANT POINTS:
We mutually agree to the following.
- The unit is not child proofed. You might think about putting up anything that your child may get into.
- The unit must not be occupied by more people than you have specified.
- The unit will be clean when you arrive, and you must follow our checkout procedures to avoid extra cleaning fees.
- We do NOT provide local phone service.
- This is a family friendly property. Smoking, illegal drugs, underage drinking, fireworks, firearms or any excessively loud music or noise is not permitted inside or outside the unit.
- We are not responsible for amenities on property and cannot guarantee they will be functioning. (i.e., the pools, hot tub, game room, etc.)
- Clean bedding, bath towels, and pool towels are provided. We also leave out a STARTER set of two rolls of toilet paper, one paper towel roll, a sponge, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dish soap. If you are staying longer and need additional items, most are available for purchase downstairs at the Bistro or convenience stores within walking distance.
- Unit bath towels and linens may NOT be removed from the unit.
- We provide STARTER paper products and basic soaps; this may not be enough for your entire stay. If you have a longer stay and need additional items, most are available for purchase downstairs in the Bistro or convenience stores within walking distance.
- Any items left following your stay will result in an additional shipping and handling fee to return forgotten items.
- Unless there is an emergency, we will notify you in advance prior to entering the property during your rental period.
- This stay is NOT a lease, and you are not a tenant. Your stay is a short term, transient occupancy and falls under the accommodation's regulations.
- By making a reservation with Daytona Ocean Rentals you are opting into email and SMS text 386-299-2550 communications.

Billable damage could include, but is not limited to:
- Damage or missing items/ no trash removal/ soiled dishes/ smoking/ unapproved pets/ forgotten items, etc.
- Charges Incurred: Charges incurred to management company due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during stay.
- Eviction: The renter is evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement or the security company employed by the association.

THIS UNIT IS PRIVATELY OWNED
The owners and property managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The owners and property managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that you and all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premises.
